The hotel had great amenities including a coffee/tea station with fresh fruit and free water bottles in the rooms. The beds were comfortable with two pillows, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Staff was nice and the location was near the city but quiet, with easy access to the highway.

All hotel staff was eager to please, and always had a smile on their faces.
The suite was – as advertised – extremely spacious. However, the furniture was in our opinion not “suite-ish”, it was more standard hotel furniture. The planning of the suite was not that well thought-out either.

The hotel had convenient access to interesting places like the Zoological Museum and the Art Gallery. The breakfast service restaurant and bar lounge offered a great selection of drinks. The hotel provided good links to the A215 motorway and had conference rooms with free Wi-Fi.
The hotel staff seemed to enjoy their coffee breaks more than attending to guests.
